Dance Craze and Power Athletix Policies 2025-2026
Tuition and Registration: All monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
*For any tuition payments not made by the 10th of the month we will process your tuition fees from the credit o rdebit card provided at registration on the 11th of the month. If the payment is declined, class participation will be suspended until payment is made along with a $20 late fee. You may choose to pay monthly tuition fees in person or online. Tuition remains the same whether it is a 3 or 5 week month. There is a $50 individual yearly registration fee and a $70 family yearly registration fee. This fee is due at the time of registration. Registration is complete and class space is reserved when the fee is paid and registration is
submitted. Some classes will reach maximum class capacity and we will need to close enrollment on them. However, we do reserve the right to change and/or cancel scheduled classes due to lack of enrollment. Due to these reasons, students cannot come and go from month to month. A student may pay monthly but when enrolling in a class the student is committing to the season. If you choose to drop from enrollment the office must be notified in writing by the 25th of the month in order to not be charged for the next month. If no notice is given you will be billed for the upcoming month. No refunds are given on tuition, registration fee, shoes, recital or costume fees. There is a $30 service charge on any returned checks. If we have reoccurrence, we will require cash payment each month.
Waiting Area

All classes must be viewed from the waiting area where the chairs and tables are. Parents or any other individual that is not a student of the class in session is not allowed in dance rooms or the gym area. There is NO sitting or standing in the walkway near the bathrooms and drinking fountain, this area is only for students waiting for classes to begin.

Please keep all food and drink in the waiting area. Please clean up your trash and spills to help us to keep our facility clean. Please knock off dirty work boots or shoes before entering the building.

There is NO RUNNING or HORSEPLAY allowed anywhere in our facility. Absolutely NO TUMBLING allowed in the waiting areas. Please keep an eye on your children, children under the age of 8 should be accompanied by an adult while in the restrooms.

There is absolutely NO SITTING ON THE DIVIDER WALL. These walls are not designed for sitting as it is unsafe for children to sit on them. Chairs are not allowed up against the wall either. All chairs need to stay put.
Make Up Classes

If a student misses a class, they are given the opportunity to take a make up class. Please see the office for your
make up class options. No refunds or prorating of classes will be given for missed classes.

At Dance Craze and Power Athletix we require a dress code to promote discipline in the art and sports that we offer.

Proper attire is required to ensure instructors can see proper body alignment and body lines as well as safety for our tumblers and cheerleaders.

Dance: are allowed to wear leotard and/or tights, dance leggings or capris, dance booty shorts, tight tank tops and bra tops.

ALL CLOTHING MUST BE FORM FITTING, NO SPORT SHORTS ALLOWED IN ANY DANCE CLASSES.

Tramp, Tumble, and Cheer: Form fitting tee shirts and shorts are allowed. Absolutely NO denim shorts of any kind. No shorts or pants with zippers or buttons. Leotards and biketards are allowed.

All hair MUST be pulled up and out of the face. Ponytails are required. All DANCE students should have a bag for class to hold shoes.
